Mijn collega QM krijgt bijgaande foutmelding als hij probeert een notitie aan te passen.

Aanwijzingen van Richard proberen op te volgen, maar we komen er zelf niet uit.
Nog bij een andere pc afgekeken, maar dat heeft ook niet gewerkt.

Gebleken is dat de PC verkeerd is ingericht en dient opnieuw ingericht te worden.
